<p>This Chesapeake Bay Program indicator of progress toward the <a href='https://www.chesapeakeprogress.com/engaged-communities/environmental-literacy-planning' rel='nofollow ugc'>Environmental Literacy Planning</a> and <a href='https://www.chesapeakeprogress.com/engaged-communities/student' rel='nofollow ugc'>Student</a> outcomes shows environmental literacy preparedness and the availability of Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences, or MWEEs, at the elementary, middle and high school levels in school districts across the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Data were obtained through local education agency response to the Environmental Literacy Indicator Tool.</p>
